rahelia doesn't want to give me my new staff

The guard Acael asked me to gave a note to rahelia and i gave it to here but i went back to Acael and nothing happend i didn't get a staff from rahelia
but in my quest window it says that i have a next objective:

interact with [[text_not_found]]

and then i see that i get the staff and some money when this objective is done
could someone help me or tell me what that objective is?
