I don't think any. You were able to get them(lvl 40 - 50 items, medium to high) long before the update. Maybe you just aren't killing lvl 40 - 50 mobs?

That was posted for the update though. Adding NEW medium-high level magical items. I was wondering what the new ones they added were?

I think they just meant the (regular) stuff with new +health and +mana modifiers

I found a staff with 3% more attack speed and a Ximerald lb with +15 +15 hit chance (total +30 but the funny thing is on the attributes description, it has the usual bonus of hit chance and an extra bonus of the same hit chance!).

Btw, the Amulet of Jester hasn't been removed... but I heard that only hunters can drop it at specific places, isn't it makarios? :wink:
