These days every knight is complaining if others using this spell at level 1... I'm really tired of people calling others "ladron" and other really nice words... I can understand some of those cause I speak a language quite similar.

Anyway I'll try to explain how the game works: as for conjurers, if one cast a lvl 5 friend area and another casts a lvl 1 the level 5 one is the one that applies to the allies. By the way, the knight should know he's not covered by his aura. SO if he casts the level 5 one and another casts a level 1 he will see the level 1 on him. Easy right? And in this way, don't worry, your rps are not stolen cause the aura only protects you or few others that are uncovered.

Well, as NOT all the knights have the same setup, even casting a level 1 aura is better than nothing, especially when you're waiting the enemy with full mana bar. I'm usually stay in front, getting all the hits and giving my friends the time to recharge spells (I hope someone can confirm this) and usually rush in, so I'm not so interested in staying back. And since I often play almost alone I have no clues to put points in deflecting barrier. This would change if it would protect me too.

My setup is in this way, I use all kind of auras when I can, I have no dmg area spells and I've done many other settings and every single point is setted by the style I usually play, I rely a lot on knock down spells. I don't think to be a bad player, but I'm very very very hurted by being called in this way by IDIOTS even if usually they don't know who is the caster of the spell.

I really wish to have 5000 and more hps as many other players, by the really cool items (I still can't find high level nice stuff), so probably I can decrease my passive constitution and put some points there, but since is not so, I play the way I think is better.

If you have something to say now, discuss it, as reasonable persons avoiding the spanish bad words. Thanks.

That's all.

Mmmm an Army of One lvl 1 and a Deflecting Barrier lvl 5 would be nice... Army of One is almost obsolete indeed, the spells work normally on it, well good suggestion, I will make happy all those "ladron" screamers, but I think I'll be not so good in pvps and in rushes inside the enemy :|

thats why i dont rush so much...and when i do i usualy use precise block and protector(1) so i usualy block incoming dizzy spells...this combo is great for tanking too...

I'll think I'll stay behind then... Probably I max all the auras and I'll idle in the back, many rps surely but the fun? Kidding

Deflecting barrier is good really, I'll give a try replacing points from army of one

Deflecting barrier rocks for sure. It makes a huge difference in war.

But the problem with using it at lvl1 isnt stealing, you wont get lots of rp. Its rather a problem that you potentially override highlevel auras.

dont they stack up?like you have to bypass both of them and the players evades/blocks to hit the enemy?

no, the last aura that is castet counts, they neither stack up nor the highest one is counted.

That is why other knights complain if you cast a low lvl aura before a high the same aura (but high lvl) ends.

I dunno why it is like that but it is. Should be changed that it is always the aura that is casted first, or maybe the highest one.

Are you sure? We tested it near pb yesterday, the higher lvl prevails not the last one, I casted lvl 1 as last and the other players were seeing the lvl 5 one. Btw I'm using lvl 5 deflecting right now, and yes is awesome :beerchug:

I use AoO, precise block and Deflecting barrier at lvl 5. It's a way to protect those who wants to rush in with me ;) . I seldom see any reason to stay back and just keep the aura up, not enough action for me. There's already alot of knights just standing and waiting for better times or something. Sure i might die more than some others but many times that first charge open things up for others classes.

Yep, I absolutely agree with you. I'm usually on the frontline and also now with the deflecting barrier I'm there. If another knight is near me with that aura is absolutely awesome, we protect each other and works so cool. But if I'm the only one, better to stay near the group (frontline as well cause I'm able to block). Army of One can be useful also at lvl 1 if you're not alone, also requires less mana... Well, the discussion helped me to tweak a little much my setup thanks :)
