The bonuses are:
Mobs: 100%
Mages & Archers: 120%
Barbarians & warriors: 140%
Knights: 180%

I've long since given up figuring out the armor (I think I spent 5 min looking at it :/ ). I wish NGD would make available more of the game mechanics' inner workings.

armo just keeps getting confusing im glad u went out to find it out. it suxs that its not explained right ingame, good luck figuering this out.
