Interact with the Bookshelf?

Im in sytris and there a quest in fisgael where you will be told to interact with bookshelf.. the question is where is it?:bangin: i cant seem to find it.. :theking:

It is in the library that Porlas is. You need to go behind the library, take the stairs up and get into it... There's an opening on the right hand side buildings from larissa (facing the noble's building) that you can take to get to the stairs up.
