I'm on Crystal Island I quest but I can't find the Crystal guard VII. Can someone show me a map of his location or explain where he is?

Well, he's not on the island.

He's on eternal white island before the first bridge.

That is really weird, he's placed at the first bridge you need to cross, almost impossible to miss.
