Its a skin bug that happens quite frequently, when a character dies over a monster, which in this case was a Troll. They need to be on the same square overlapping ea other.

Then if you are rezzed you will have a messed up skin of a monster.

Funny, I encourage people to try it purposely :dumbofme:
