I heard that inteligence for mages helps them resist or evade spells. Or so goes the theory. I wanted to know if any experienced mages out there can confirm that in practice they find they resist/evade more with high inteligence.
I rarely seem to evade the confuse spell, so i am looking for ways to increase my evades. If inteligence helps i will use intel. items and boost the passive.
Thanks in advance for any helpful replies.

Intelligence is supposed to increase the resist chance for spells for all classes.

When I use SM setup, I use Dragon's blood. Also when I use SM setup, I resist spells slightly more. I doubt it's a coincidence ;)

The chance from adding 15 Intelligence (assuming you are refering to levelling up a passive) is not worth the points.
It's only about a 4% difference in spell resist chances between 65 and 80 Intelligence.
