How can I change pets?

Hi, ive only just become a Hunter and i have a green wasp (i know, poor and noobie lol) as my pet, but i want to change it now that i've leveled... but i don't know how =[ Ive tried casting it again on my pet and tried casting it on other possible pets but i cant get rid of it!! :rale: :rale:

If someone could tell me that would be most appreciated =] thanks

unequip arrows and send the pet on some strong mob...it will die and then you can get a new one

Type /reset_powers and your pet will disappear.
(Note that you will also lose all of your skills and have to reskill at a trainer.)

To get rid of your pet, it has to die (except with reset_powers). Mostly i turn my back to the mob i attack so that i get the message "you dont face your enemy" and my pet has to do all the work by himself. When it dies, you can tame another...

I have noticed though, when I use reset_powers, if i log out, and reskill my pet level to the same point later, my old monster/animal would come back.

Correct ........ unless you tame another pet BEFORE re-logging. Otherwise it will give you back the last pet tamed.
