What is bow damage ?

Hello,

for example I have 2 bows:

1. War long bow. Damage: 45 - 52
2. Specialist long bow. Damage: 32 - 41

what is this "damage" ? I do not see any difference in actual damage I do using one or another. Am I spend my 30k for nothing ? :naughty:

In that case you should choose the War long bow, because in theory it makes more dmg.
Achers can use both bows, short and long, and you can train them at the same time. I found it very useful, while i´m leveling i can mark the creatures with a long range bow first and then, when they come closer, change to a short one. There´s where you could see a difference.


You need to know that short bows can be slow, medium or fast speed, while long bows are only low or medium speed (i never saw a faster bow) but they usually make a little more dmg. And there are different ranges for each bow too. The best choice will be a short bow, fast speed, range 25 or 35 and a long with the same range, medium speed.
