Community Manager official presentation

Hello Community,

Regnum Online has been maturing and growing everyday, part of this growth is related to the new wave of players, important changes and an on-going new direction that the game is headed.

In order to strengthen our commitment to improve the communication between NGD Studios and the community, we've decided to hire a dedicated person to attend to all matters related to the gathering and processing of the information coming from you, in a way that will be easier for us to respond in a timely fashion, whenever is possible.

Worth noting is that this doesn't imply that each and everyone of the posts containing criticism, suggestions and questions will be answered. This implies that at least, there will be someone reading, gathering data and informing globally about the upcoming changes as well as company policies.
Among other things, we will also start to incorporate in-game and external game events, in-game Q&A sessions for all three realms, contests and several other ideas we have planned.

Without further adue, I give you Adrían "Kailer" Lastres (formerly known as "Gamemod"), official Regnum Online Community Manager.

Hi Community,

As you may know, I've been performing several activities including forum moderation, feedback gathering and replying inquiries. I think I learned a lot of what players need, and I will try to enhance this area as much as possible.

From now on I will be the responsible of communicating what is going on with Regnum Online, from development to social issues.

A lot of the activities that the Regnum Online team perform are not perceived by most of you, so I'll try to change it.

I invite you to ask me everything you need and as soon as I can, I will reply.

What about players on Ra from Germany, Austria and Switzerland? It's hard for you to offer them proper community management when they usually cannot enter these forums here.

Sorry for turning this thread into this, but please make the forums available for players playing on Ra that are forced to have a Gamigo account. Because a Gamigo account does not give you a forum account.
