Where to buy more advanced turbans?

I am a warlock level 20 (soon 21) of Syrtis realm, and I would like to buy some better turban. I _CANNOT_ remember which NPC sells more advanced turbans! :( Can someone help me? At the moment I wear "Turban of the Shadows of Fabric (Common)" which is for mage level 15...
