Hey, I'm sorry if these questions may have already been asked but I need to go somewhere soon so I don't the time to do some searching.
Ok;
1. Which class is sort of the "Priest" class? ie they can heal and buff etc.
2. Is there any summoning/rezzing (like in DAoC) in this game?
3. How long does it take to level up? 50 is the max level right?
4. If I wanted to make a good PvP (Also good at PvE for quick leveling) duo, what would be the best combination?
5. Does a conjurer work better with mages or fighters, or is there really no difference?
I'll probably have some more questions later but I gtg, thanks in advance for any help! :)

1. Class = Mage, Sub-class = Conjurer
2. Yes, only conjurers can do both.
3. That, I think you have time to search the forums. There's plenty of info around here..... Personally, it's all up to your game play.
4. Same answer as number three.
5. No difference. It only takes between wanting to be loved by the people around you or be the pain in the ass as some do.

1 conjurers
2 conjurers can rez, somons are for warjurers like me (warjurers are fighting conjus but we still got to heal)
3 50 is max level, rlyy loong ass time
4 umm i dont get u?? ^^. but if u mean warjurer set up i can gladly help
5 a conjurer like u said is a healing mage, work good with anyone and same for warjus. this game is rrly balanced it just depends on how you play ex: let the wariors hit the mobs and take damage, let the archer pick the mob if no wariors ect ect.

Thanks for the help guys, has been appreciated :)
Just another question, I recall reading somewhere that you only get EXP from a mob if you do something like 10% of the kill?
How does this work with a pure healing based Conjurer?

Just heal people of different levels and you'll notice something. Something good.
About the 10%, that's with regards to party mobbing. When you're with a party, make sure your levels and/or damage are balanced. Killing mobs with a party requires you to deliver atleast 10% damage or you'll get no xp... But..... as a conju, just go ahead and try to support..... you'll see. :)
Support spells count as damage in the xp and rp calculation.

Support Spells like Heals or Buffs will give XP.
But sometimes it is a bit tricky. It worked normally the way, that just before the first hit you do a buff, let the tank be hit one time and heal him. Worked pretty good for me.
In the beginning a Warjuror Setup (Summon+Mental skills for example) will help you more easily to kill mobs alone in a rather short time.
But then it will be hard to play a real supporting conjuror later on (because of different playing style).
I personally leveled my conjuror from 1-35 by a warjuror setup more or less alone. Then switched to a real support setup and leveled in parties.
As was said above, try to choose parties, that have almost the same level as you (or as a real healer a bit above you). Then leveling will be fun and even the XP will be worth (bigger party you support means bigger Group XP).
At the moment i prefer leveling with at least 2 archers. Warlocks are somehow not XP spending on me. Dont know why.

Thanks alot :)
Is the realm system similar to that of DAoC? When and how often can you capture a fort?

I dont know DAoC... so i cannot imagine what you mean with realm system.
Regnum has 3 Realms. Every Realm has a inner realm area, where you can do quests and mob killing, without fear of beeing killed by another player. The Warzone is the area where all 3 realms get together and the real fun starts.
Forts are capturable all the time. Sometimes (like in some posts of the last days) a fort is beeing attacked by 2 realms and the third is trying to defend it.

I don't know about the first question but the second question = AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN. Capture, have it captured by enemy, recapture, have it captured by enemy, cycle goes on and on...... But really, it's not that simple. Come and play along. Take a peek at the WarZone if you like. You'll see how it goes.
To earnest: He he he.
