Well that´s easy, do you like fighting like a maniac, killing and dying with the same ease or would you rather be able to break through enemy lines blocking everything with your shield, protecting your allies and leaving the enemy vulnerable in the process?

Choice is up to you. Think more on how you´d like to play, both warrior subclasses play probably the most important roles in a battle. Choose yours. Have fun.

The barbarian will kill more easily, but get killed quite fast. He can help groups to travel faster.

The knight is more defensive, he will generally last more, but do less damage. He can help groups with his protection auras

Here are the pros and cons, imho:

Barbarian:
Pros-
MASSIVE damage [im 36 i can hit 1200] highest hitters in RO
very low armor

Cons-
Crappy looking armor [leather stuff, only armor i like, is executionor lv38]
Die very VERY fast.

Pros-
Knight:
Very VERY resistant to attacks [me and 3 hunters were pounding down on him, he survived for bout 15min.]
AWSOM AWSOM ARMOR!

Cons-
Crappy damage [no offence]

Barbs and Knights are completely opposite :)

I'd choose barbarian.

Look, the only knight's defense is blocking. And blocking is very very random. So if you have luck, you will be god and u'll block everything, but if u dont... bye bye knight :) It only has 600-700 more hp than a barbarian. The armors can be pretty, but they dont do shit xD With my knight I'm used to eat south crosses of 2500 - 3000, and I have 5200 hp (with a lot lot lot lot of drops). They're able to make me a lot of dmg if I'm not lucky, so...

Oh, and dont forget that the barbarian has more resistance against phisic damage than a knight :D

How can that be good? xD

I would not agree with that, lion armor is imo. one of the best looking armors in the game.

Cons-
Crappy damage [no offence]
A lvl 50 knight can cause around 2k damage using South Cross and several buffs.

If I got to choose my class today, I would perhaps have chosen a knight (I am barbarian today).
But as always, the grass is always greener on the other side ;)

Have you thought about that it could be REALLY greener on the other side? Time to level Zinnia I would say xD

Dont say that -.-

Blocking is very random, that's all.

And no, most knights have arround 4500 hp, not 5k+ -.-

Is not so easy to get drops and drops with constitution.

5k+ hp is rare and only obtained by level 50 knights.

those aren't very good descriptions, its more like a 5 minute sum up of how the world is in your eyes. OFC the knight will say the barb is stronger and the barb will say the knight is stronger.

People in this game fail to realize the positive side of their character, so we ask ourselves, why did you pick your class?

Atm a barbarian is the class that imo depends least on luck, has ok physical reduction(magical damage is a killer but atleast 60% of all damage in game is physical), they have the best CC resistance in game with a lvl19 spell which costs alot of mana tho, good speed(they can buff entire armies with a speed bonus, but again it costs alot of mana) and great damage.
Knights on the other hand have a little less physical reduction but they replace that with blocks which totaly depend on luck, but most of the time you atleast block 1/3 of the hits directed to you so its ok. Their CC resistance is worse then the one of the barbarian with the exception of knockdown resistance because of the higher constitution. They are slow and deal medium damage(they can do good damage with a "knarb" setup, meaning they invest more points into weapon buffs). They have usefull auras that can protect allies, but like barb spells they cost alot.
