Hi guys,
I've played RO for 2 weeks and I found that I can't connect/disconnected from Horus around 8pm (GMT) every day until 4am. I've googled for a while and found that Tiscali (my ISP) reduced bandwidth for bulk download and online game in high traffic period and it's too slow so we can't login/being kicked off.
I also found a temporary fix that work for me here:

I think Tiscali squeeze too much from the customer and there's no way I'd know this problem in advance. I'm on contract so goes for BT, O2, Virgin or whatever u can. Save a lot of headache!
