My friend and me are having fun, but we walked all around, and we can't find any quests whatsoever. We're level 4. Can I get some help?

Since you're an experienced MMO player (according to previous post), It's either you haven't completed some quests and gone through places. Check your quest list (icon looks like an hour glass I think). Then you can refer here. (http://www.regnumzg.com.ar/index.php?option=com_rzgquests&Itemid=43)

Finding quests is not that difficult if you keep in mind :
- that Town Criers (there's one in each town) gives you a list of npc who gives you quests - just look at the "New" logs. Once you'll quit the Initiation area of your realm, you'll see that some quests are not listed by Town Criers (you'll have to reach lvl17, if I remember well)
- that Town Criers gives you new npcs to see each time you reach a new lvl. Be sure to get back to a Town Crier you've already seen when you'll lvl.
- that some quests are not the same for all the classes, especially in Initiation area (at least, for the firsts lvls. Quests tend to be the same for all around lvl 6-10).
- that Shadow Quests (the ones non listed by Town Criers) must be made one after the other : if at a certain lvl you may have 5 Shadow Quests, you'll have to complete the first to have the second, etc...
- that you can stock up to 5 quests at the same time. You can Cancel any quest at any time, you're free to take it back at any time with the same npc that gave it to you (but you'll have to restart the quest from the beginning, your progression will not be saved)
For Regnumzg (see above, the link give by Onette and Mira)
- Oracle section, Town Crier : you'll have a list of quests. This list is not updated anymore till some month, but is still valuable.
- Oracle section, Citizen : a great list of the npc's positions. You'll see your own position with ALT+I ingame, or letting your mouse on the compass (upper right corner of your screen, ingame always).
Hoping that all is clear (it's morning for me, my English is not as good as I'd like and I can't find any coffee nearby... jeez :P)

Oh, I'm sorry. I'm in the realm of Ignis. I kind of figured that people with quests have exclamation marks about their heads. Like in the beginning I started my first quest, and they all had exclamation marks about their head. Yeah, so, I'm kinda of confused.
@Laeloth
Thanks. I'll check it out.

Exclamation marks only mark npcs you need to talk to in a quest that you currently have running.
They also appear on the head of an npc where you finish the quest and stay there, but that's a bug.
