How does the Archer Shortbow skill Tear Apart work with buffs and debuffs?

1) If you cast Sudden Strike on an opponent, and then cast Tear Apart on hm; does the -50% protection penalty from Sudden Strike get applied to each round of damage Tear Apart makes on its own?

Does Tear Apart do more damage per round when Sudden Strike is applied?

2) If you cast Dirty Fighting, and then hit someone with Tear Apart; is the +30% damage bonus from Dirty Fighting applied to each subsequent round of Tear Apart damage (even though you're not physically hitting the person again?).

1) im not sure but i doubt it i believe it does a set amount of damage debuffed or no

2)no, dirty fighting effects the damage of your weapon so unless the spell has +% weapon damage then it will only deal the set amount listed in the spell
if you used long bows youd notice this with shield pierce(no increased damage buffs are added onto its damage)

I think spells that absorb damage like acrobatic can reduce the amount of damage/tick inflicted by tear/break apart. Armor buffs and debuffs like sudden strike, and of course weapon damage buffs like dirty fighting should not affect either tear or break apart, at all.

The only thing that I've seen increasing damage from Tear/Break apart is Death Sentence.
