View Full Version : Does Tear Apart cancel Distraction Shot?

I think I saw this happen, but just wanted to confirm that this is true.

If you case Tear Apart on someone, and then Distraction Shot, does the next second of damage caused by Tear Apart kill the stun effect (even though you haven't physically attacked again)?

Never thought about that before.

You tried testing it on mobs?

I think it gets cancelled. I never got stunned for more than 0,5 seconds while under serpent bite.

I tried this with a mob, and in this case, Tear Apart did not cancel Distraction Shot.

I had tried this in a fight, and it looked like Tear Apart did cancel it. Probably what happened is I did not get my aim off the target in time, and broke the stun with a normal hit. Or, someone else hit the target.

I don't think there would be different behaviour in this case for mobs and players.
