The info i can find of the game is that the game goes live in 1st quarter of 2007. I readed a wiki but i dunno if i can trust it because everyone can make a wiki entry. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regnum_Online

Maybe its asked before but couldn't find the info i wanted.

Is the game free and do you only need to pay for some zone's?
How much it's going to cost?
Will there be a sweep of charters if it goes live?

And one more question. In daoc one realm had more players will the realms here be beter spread our is it possible that one realm has more players and can be more powerfull ( by numbers )?

BTW i hope linux will be supported ( offical our unoffical) always.

The reason i ask is because it Feb 2007 and March is knocking on the door so 1st Quarter of 2007 ends then and i didn't see new info on the site.

The date, as in most launch dates is estimated. It's highly related to how the game is performing.

Right now, we are about to release a new version with the first wave of premium content. The game will stay free, and you will be able to pay for special items.
About the availability of the game and pricing, we will make it official as soon as we have polished some parts of the game and we are happy with the decisions made.

I don't think the new version that will be out soon will have a character wipe. It is common practice to wipe the database when the game goes to a released version so expect that there will be a character wipe at some point.
