Cape/Cloak Slot

Is there any item for the cape/cloak slot on the inventory page? that always seems to be open and nothing equipped in it? i even plaid a mage char and they dont even have any item that goes in this slot (not that i kno of) Is it just a wasted armor slot?

Although you worked it out some people may not know, capes were available in beta, but have since been removed, hopefully in the future there will be something we can use in that slot

maybe there could be a sir coat(like the ones u see the guards wearing)
u do a series of quests for the guards, they make u an official guard, and give yu one of those coats

It would be realy nice to have one, at least wear the simbol of your realm on the breastplate
