What happened to old characters?

2 years ago (or so) I played Regnum and developed two characters, one conjourer, second hunter, to levels around 30. When I logged in few days ago, those characters were gone. Any ideas what happened?

There was a reset around 15 months ago (help me with the exact date people)

I think you will be surprised about how much the game changed in all that time...

If you re the one who showed me this game, pay attention when choosing server that your chars were on RA (and by default is HORUS now). Select RA and your chars should be there because both of us started this game after reset.
But if you re not Dejan I know, then check when you joined RO with date of Big Reset.
