Someone from NGD reads the forum?

seriouslly! I never see any comment from then!
I can see how people are unhappy with a lot of things in the game, but I think they don`t care too much for it.

I made some bug reports about 1 month ago. It`s still marked as "new".
I think they don`t want us to help then make the game more fun, improve the game. They just want to do it on their ways (making us (costumers) happy/unhappy). It`s my opnion!

Think about that NGD (if you read this, and I really don`t think that you will)

This happens alot, ngd does read the forum,
They do listen to what we say, they just take some time to work.

Dont mind the bug reports in their tool. I am not sure if they read them. I reported once 8 bugs and after 6 month they were still marked as new, even if they were fixed. Its just a pity, that no status feedback is given. But it may be easier for NGD, if there was a search function in the bugs, so that bugs are not reported thousends of times to them.

Yes, we read the whole forum. We don't answer every topic as we don't have the time for doing so. This means that replying to a topic doesn't only take the time to redact, but the time to clarify every answer to that reply to avoid misunderstandings and that can take a long time and if it's not done, sometimes the side effects are worse than not replying.

So, you can be sure that we read and communicate everything that happens in the forum, but replies aren't frequent due to the reasons explained above.

If anyone has an issue/question/inquiry, it can be conducted through PM or email, and if it's important for the community to know its answer, we will publish it.

Do mind. The bug report tool wasn't working right, but the reports were always read. We are modifying this tool to inform bug status correctly and to keep the users aware of what is happening with their reports. Remember that we had a rough end of year and now we're starting this year polishing the details.
