I've got a question: Am I allowed to post the current changelog from Amun server?
Why do I ask? Well, people in Germany are not allowed to do so. You make yourself guilty as soon as you post any changelog, especially a changelog from test server.
But: Gamigo has much experience in managing games with free2play buisness model....they know what they do....
Here the german posts, which I will try to translate:

Dear community,
the Regnum online team does not allow to post any changelogs. Only we have the right to do so.
As long as changelogs are not on live server or as long as we don't post it in the announcements don't post any changelogs or updates, because this will only lead to confusion.

Dear community
posting a changelog from test server has no sence because the content that is "tested" there is not always transferred to liveserver.
To avoid wrong expectations changelogs are not allowed to be posted!
When there are any further threads with such changelogs we have to impose harder punishments.

The changelog has already been posted on the spanish forums and there's already a debate around it.
I dont think you would have any problems. Might wanna hold back because there are only 2 or 3 items now and soon more may be added, maybe if you want to discuss one in particularly.
All in all, at least here, you are not gonnna get into trouble.

we are not even allowed to post anything we got to know from here or elsewhere
The GMs treat themselves as gods, players get banned because they ask if a GM is online or still asleep.
The german community is really fed up with these guys
EDIT:
BTW, for a native speaking german like me its hard to understand a changelog wich was squeezed trough the Google-Translator

Does that mean changelogs, that are provided to you by Gamigo are translated with Google translator?

Kailer should ban you for this Miraculix xD
I just read a bit further in german forums and found a nice example of the usefullness of gamemasters^^
here it is:
user A: "PLAYER XYZ HAS THE GEM!"
gamemaster: /kick user A
gamemaster: "anyone else who will write in capital letters will get a 7day ban"
user B: "HELP"
gamemaster: /kick user B (and 7 day ban)
Yes...that's how it works on german servers....

Well... Yes, havent you read these changelogs yet? Some of the GMs are not able to translate english to german, so they translate with the Google-Translator, post it into the Forum and we have to understand what it says, even if its not understandable, just because we are not allowed to post our own translations.
The way we are treated by some of the GMs could be much better, I've read several PNs from one of them and could only shake my head.
The plots in these PNs has always been "I am right and you are dumb".
When we complain to the Gamigo Administrative Staff, we either get an answer (seldom) that the GM was right or we do not hear anything at all.
The actual GM-crew is the worst we ever had, I'm playing since end of Beta, and just like many other players, I am thinking about to quit and look for something else.
But yes, they know their business

GM's are usually bottom of the foodchain guys that try to achieve something in their lives, and apparently being a GM in some game is achieving something.
RO is no exception to that. I've ran into excellent GM's in some games, but they were rather the exception that confirms the rule rather than the rule itself.

Hello,
as my german is very bad, I gave up reading the german Gamigo forum.
But I found with Google a nice german community of players, which have a good forum. They post changelogs and translate them themselves, if I understood it properly.
There is a very good list of quests, too, and you can search NPCīs there, I didnīt find something like that on the Gamigo forum.
As if I donīt understand everything there, I do not read the fan forums very often, but it seems to me, like they are working hard on helping each other.
Why donīt you go there and ignore the Gamigo forums?
Well, I know some german players on my server, what they can tell about the german servers is really bad. I can understand that many of them use other ways to get an international account to have the ability to play on international servers, post here and have all the informations we can have here.

Here are the changes in Spanish:

And in English:
http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/index.php?l=1&sec=27&subsec=2
So, this is the Amun, but are the same changes.

Gamigo treats us like we were idiots and like they were gods. I get angry each time I visit the Gamigo-Forum.
We are really intelligent enough to understand that Amun is a testserver and not everything on a testserver will get to the real gameservers. But I think, the developers test things on Amun that they want to implement on Ra, Horus, Muspell and Niflheim too, if everything works and the majority likes it. And I think that it is normal if the gaming community debates about possible coming changes.
It is simply unbelieveable for me that the forbid posting an official changelog and bann you if you post it. Threads that complain against this behavior of gamigo are closed imediately. In the last weeks i sometimes feel ashamed for Gamigo, because their behavior against the community is really bad.
P.S.: Somebody suggestet just not to visit the Gamigo-Forum. Well, you have to visit the Forum if you play on a German server, because sometimes Gamigo announces new chances of the rules (*1) and so on, and if you do not know it and do not follow it, you get banned ingame. It's like the law that says: "ignorance is no excuse". And well, it IS the official forum and the central forum of the community. And it was better in former times. -.-
(*1) As an exemple a typical rule of Gamigo: You must not climb on stones or other objects. If you do it, you get banned. (No matter if anybody had an advantage, just if you step on a stone... If you do not read the Forum, how should you know that this is forbidden? It really makes no sense.)

Let me guess, the gamigo contract lets them do whatever they want with their community and wont listen or follow NGDs original policies like "GMs can't be reatards with power abuse syndrom".
If thats not the case then we really need some GM behavior guide, and probably some GMs should already be fired... It's really sad to see what these guys go trough.

Hi Community,
We allow changelogs to be posted on our forums because those who check and moderate them know exactly what those changes imply because of being linked directly with development. Gamigo has its reasons not to allow them to be posted, and they have a lot of experience in this kind of cases, they handle a big amount of games and a huge community.
As for direct complaints about Gamigo, please don't post them in this forums, those complaints should be sent to the means related to this issues.
I'll close this to avoid more problems.
