You need to dowload the client first.

its in the downloads section, and you choose your OS version.

after you install, you just launch the program and then sign in with your user and pass (the name you made when you signed up)

The game will take a good while to load the first time since it needs to download content. The second and third might take a while too. After everything is downloaded it will load fast.
