What difference between Common, Enchanced and Master weapons ?
And if weapon is +5 to attack, how much damage are added exactly ?

The difference is the bonus added to weapon. In general Common has no bonus. Enhanced, Great, Master, and Superior has a bonus of 1 to 26. (26 is the highest bonus I have seen) There is the reverse of the above that will give a negative bonus. There seem to be one other factor in damage that is what the weapon is made of like wood, hardened wood, iron, steel, etc but not sure how it is works.

No info has been disclosed to how the damage bonus is applied or how damage is calculated so can't help you there.
