redistribute initial attributes

erm does this let u change the 5 points u get at the begining, or with goats they took the 5 points of constitution and are letting us choose. im confused :confused2:

will this mean that if i put 5 points into intellegence i would in fact have 10 points in intellegence because i chose 5 points there when i started regnum?

I guess your are mistaken the "5 starting points" with the old "+5 Const" Utghar bonus.

Months ago, Utghars were unable to use helmets and hats so they had +5 Constitution points. Every race in Regnum have in total 125 attribute points at start, 120 are fixed depending on the race and they give you 5 points to distribute at will.
When Uthgars were unable to wear helms, they had 125 points fixed and 5 to distribute (they were the only race starting with a total of 130 points).
These extra 5 points (120+5 instead of 120) were fixed in Constitution.

When NGD changed that, and Utghars became able to wear helms, NGD took away that "+5 Const". So now Utghars are just like everyone else and start with 120 fixed points and 5 to distribute.
A lot of the old Utghar players complained because when they created their chars they distributed their starting points according to the old fixed points distribution. So NGD gives them a free scroll in order to give them the chance to redistribute their "5 start points" according to the new fixed points distribution.

PS: I read my own post again... and I am not sure I made myself clear (sorry :p) But the short answer would be that the scroll give you the chance to redistribute your "5 starting points", but you can not change the fixed starting points (that depend on the race).
PPS: Maybe if you tell me an example or if you tell me how you distributed your 5 starting points I can explain better :p

thanks. i used to notice my ugthar was slightly more resistant to ambushes n stuff like that, why did they have to take it off =S its the only reason i chose to be a goat-man

I heard knock down and stun resistance is constitution/4, so I doubt you'll notice 1.25% less knock down resistance

nope but the less health is noticeable =P

Well you get a hat now :P So thats a Armour bonus and a possible +7 Stat.

Even a regular hat or helmet is better than the old +5 constitution bonus with no helmet. Believe you me. :)
