From my experience, it does. Typical fight 1v1 between Ra archers is who manages to confuse the other, and I have had my confuse canceled by another confuse, or I have canceled their confuse with mine. So I think it does.

no, it dosnt.

ponter have said that if u want to confuse to cancel the current casting, u have to post it as a "suggestion" following the "suggestions" forum rules.
