Slow staves

Does anyone uses them? I am trying to comprehend why they exists, they does a bit more dmg, but this hardly affects their usability. Any hints welcome. ;-)

They're ok for grinding with SM for, but in the wz? Err... I can't even use a med staff.

no purpose really, unless they have some sorta bonus thats even usefull..like i have a slow plus cast speed + int staff..with devotion/accel it performs like a medium.

however if i had a fast staff with such stats..hell if id use the slow.

i keep a slow 30 staff just incase you need to get the guys that are runing with low health

Good staves are not very rare in this game, except fast one, but even they are not very rare (I have an epic fast staff). So I think fast 25 + med 30 is all that any mage needs. No need to use slow ones.
Platyna asks why do they exist at all? To sell them! NPCs pay a good price! xD

The staff I use on Uma is Med +5 INT, Id love a fast one, but wouldent even consider using a slow staff, regardless of bouns (unless its a imba bonus set like beijings wtf staff)

They can't. It's just impossible to have 40+ +%attack speed without arcane accelleration without draconic gem.

Using such a staff makes sense only if you get draconic gem (+30% attack speed) and in this case it's possible to have 2 shots per fast animation with a slow speed staff.

i Have a +7% attack speed Apoc slow range30 .... =)

I use my appoc all the time and wouldn't trade it for the best oober staff anywere.

and since i dont really give a shit about how well they do, i use them anyway

You know my opinion: fast staff with cast speed bonus. Cant live otherwise.
