New user - is server down?

I just downloaded Regnum and it tells me it can't connect to the server. Is the server down or do I have to do something to my firewall to get through to it?

one my friends told me it is i dont know cuz i cant play till tomorrow but wen u join ignis thats my realm syrtis is a good realm so is alsius it depends on wat u like ignis is rich on english player my friend wyatt and princess lana got english clans the chosen one of dark and the friend of the rouns table (the name change is elite guardians of ignis but u would c it the other way on ranking) but anyways ing alsius there is a english clan as well thugsters there leader is morphine he cool guy to and syrtis got a friend name refetan hea conjurer cool guy well i hope this help on u picking a realm but the sever would be back around 7 am est dont know wat time that is for u but thats 6 more hours for me well later
