User/Password not valid????? WTF

I made my account and downloaded today, when i tried to log into the game i get User/Password not valid every time..... i tried remaking the PW no luck. WHAT IS GOING ON?:fury:

It usually takes a couple of minutes but recently we have been working on the account system so a few issues arose but even so, due to the nature of the system, no signup is ever lost. It just could take a while longer to process.

When I get this error, if I delete the stored username and re-enter it, it works.
