Hello users from Poland,

We are glad to announce the immediate availability of the SMS payment option for users living in Poland.
To do that, you have to go the the Premium section in the official website.

A SMS payment guide can be found here (http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/forum/showthread.php?t=47981).

Other countries will follow.

Ximerin is the virtual currency used in Regnum Online to acquire Premium content such as mounts, customization options and special items. Ximerin is non-transferable, meaning you cannot trade the Ximerin and/or most items obtained using premium content in the game.

Thank you, It's nice to know something will always stop me from buying premium. So I need to register a new account here in Poland (Since my account was made in the US, which according to your policy I cannot buy in the US or in Poland) re-level all my chars again, but this time with the help of premium. Ok, thanks :)

Seriously, no game has such ridiculous rules. People from this country can only play in this server, people in this country can only pay from this country, if you move then too bad. Start again, after all the game is about grinding over and over.

I built my hopes up for months on actually being able to buy the premium, but now I think I am honestly done wasting my time with this game :clapping5365:

The thing just is, this is a case that is going to happen with a lot of people. I think it's just sad that you allow such a system, and it's only going to be more of a burden for you. As far as customer support goes, I sent 3 emails months ago to it, with no reply.

Again I'm sorry to ruin this thread with my bitching, but I've honestly expected this more then you, and once again the game stops me from something I actually want to do in it.

Also, repeating this kind of attitude through all topic ever published will never be of help. So, if you need our help, please check first how to do it and if we are not replying, please send the complaint to the means specified for that end.

Help us by making our work easier. This should be good news for our Polish users.

I am glad that we Polish people can use this option that has zloty as a currency, since we don't use Euro (and I am SO happy about that). It was kind of disturbing to pay 4x more than people from other European countries.

But the sad thing is that when we add TAX and comparing to the bonus we have on PayPal, it's WAY too expensive. So in short, thanks for that option, that definitely helps people without an account and kids whose parents won't pay, but for us who managed to switch to the international banks and are able to get PayPal accounts, we will choose the traditional way.


also, maybe if you added a more expensive option like 20+ zl for more ximerin it'd be great
