are we allowed to make one epic item out of three special items?

I think this needs it's restrictions or it'll be seriously imbalanced, I think the restrictions should be big really, so that the purpose of these new premium items is that your weapon is outdated levelwise and you can transfer your existing attributes to a higher level weapon so you won't have to grind grind grind again to get a good weapon.

This premium is PURELY aesthetics.

Ok for example, let's say I have a lvl 50 Lord Necromancer tunic with +150 hp.

I then buy a lvl 5 tunic.

I use the premium item and the end result will be a tunic that has the LOOK of a lvl 5 tunic, but the STATS of the lvl 50 Lord Necro tunic.
