Question about char transfer(not when is happening)

I am just curious. I have "Lovele" a marksman on ra. I lost my account on horus "Lovele" a conjurer. I didn't got any message that I am banned but I cannot recover my password even if I have the right email and account name. I am asking if I can do that char transfer then? Lovele from ra to horus? Even if you don't know please opine.

There is link for restoring your password, but you need e-mail from which account was created. If you both dont know e mail and pass, then dont expect to be restored for you. Anyone can come and say: " Hi, I had account Anpu long ago, but I lost its mail and pass, I know username is "Anpu". Can you restore me his pass? I have no proof I am Anpu, but you got to believe me."
Try to remember your e mail address. That can be your only solution, I think.

Yes I did recover my email. I do have proofs that the account is mine a lot of proofs. The problem is that my email got closed for inactivity :O All I want is to transfer my marksman from ra to horus if it's possible even if I have another char with the same name on horus. NGD will not answer my email so I have no idea what is wrong with my account. Maybe banned? Maybe deleted? I have no idea.

Ah I see, that is a problem. There is a link for e-mail change, but it requires you to be logged in (just tried). I think only Kailer can help it now, if your proof material really shows account is yours (including matching IP of this account with lost one), there should be no problem (except some digging into db).

Well yeah I am very sure I am using the good pass and acc name but my email was deleted. Maybe that would be the problem that I cannot login. Atleast NGD could delete my char so I can make another "Lovele"?

Yeah now I'm 100% sure. My email got deleted. It's not in the database anymore. So I just have to wait for a response from NGD. IF they are going to respond.

the email you have in your profile is the same as the one on msn, but ngd should be able to get your email and send it to your forum account in a pm

I have 2 accounts. The one with wich I am on msn is my ra account. I have another email placika@email.ro with that one I created my horus account, and that email got deleted. And my forum accounts are banned. All I am asking from NGD is to delete the chars from my horus account so I can recreate them and finally play again :)
