What processor, graphics card and memory does your computer have and what settings do you have in Regnum?

idk if this will help you but it sounds technological.

AMD Athalon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5600+
2.90GHz, 3.25 GB of RAM Physical Address Extension.

That looks like your pc should be able to handle Regnum ok. Did you download the latest drivers for your graphic card? You could also try different shader models in the Settings menu of Regnum.
