Craft can be learned? For example: make weapons or make new mage... Like in Aion or WoW

Unfortunately, no. It will be added to the future of course, but they got
other problems to work on before doing that. Don't be disappointed : Regnum is
free to play, and the work done on the game is already great, especially when you compare to other games that need a subscription.

Nevertheless, Enjoy your time in Regnum !

But it will be on the future?

And other question: the new graphic (Regnum Online makes its
biggest jump forward ever! mail) is in the game now?

Yes, its is already in the game. We had an update few days ago that included the New Technology.

But it will be on the future?

NGD has announced they were working on a crafting system, but some time later they canceled it. I couldn't find the post, but IIRC they said somewhere that the magna weapons and/or the gems were what's left of it. So I wouldn't expect crafting to be introduced any time soon.

I actually don't think that crafting would fit into this game as it is now. Crafting usually means the creation of items to be used by yourself or other players. Creating useless items just for experience would probably be even worse than the mindless slaughter of thousands of mobs to level up.

So, if you look at this game, with the notable exception of arrows, there are no items that we really need. Armor and weapons are easily available from shops and as drops, and we can't lose them, they don't break permanently and we can't get looted by enemy players. Magic doesn't need ingredients that may have to be crafted and health/mana potions and teleport scrolls are premium, so allowing players to craft those would take away a bit of NGD's income.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against crafting. I just think it would be very hard to introduce it to a game that doesn't have it designed in from the start. At least if you want it to be meaningful in any way.
