Problems with syrtis and alsius hunters

hi its DB i need a few tips on how to defeat alsius and syrtis hunters on my level 47 hunter any one have any ideas?

hey DB, it's great that you're playing your hunter now :) You should talk to some hunters in your realm and see if they have any good tips for you.

well,

first off, i would listen to different people
keep an open mind (most players are egos, and claim their way is the only way, and bash any other view, only makes themselves look stupid for not having an open view)
try a few setups, go on hunts with experienced hunters, see what they do right and wrong. (also works with realm hunters, see what they killed u with, what setups they seem to use etc)
study the skills lists, know exactly WHAT each skill does, to reduce frustration and wtf cheater moments.

fighting a hunter is like fighting anyone else. i usually just shoot them with my bow and hopefully if my pet is in the mood he might help out... he's been really disobedient lately. anyway i try to hit a confuse in there somewhere to stop them from running. they all try to for some reason. have at least one good running spell too to catch them if they do manage to get away. mobility(5) is awesome for this. confuse(2) is long enough so dont blow bother blowing any more points on it. Beastial Wrath helps alot too if you have the time to cast it. thats my advise but then again im a noob too. look on the bright side of life and stop complaining, peanut butter and banana's are awesome so dont be scared to mix the two. if you see me in game, dont kill me coz im just picking flowers. cyaz

eee... no its not like firghting any one else
most of hunts use full speed buffs so lvl 2 confuse wont help you have to put it at least at lvl 4 go in como the closer you get to a hunt the better
attack from behind
first cast confuse from como then buff pet
if he starts to attack your pet kill his first save ambush and stan fist for when you realy need them try
that combo works every time belive me

PS if you see him in ignis part of wz KILL him enemys never go to your realm wz just to "pick up flowers"

its nothing personal Revolver you can't expekt that enemy players will have marcy with you in a RvR game

The best way to get advice is from fellow clan members who are experienced hunters.

They can spend more time explaining the varios in's and out's of the class and the ways you can set skills for the class.

i have to give you credit here. this is probably your most mature post yet (in a good way, not explicit :P) the title could use a little work because it sounds like you are complaining about something they do. but it is an improvement

In my opinion, too many hunters use confuse as a crutch. A HUGE majority of horus hunters spam confuse and then they use sotw. Your best bet is to fight everyone differently so that your unpredictable. You also have to decide on what kind of hunter you want to be.
