GCD + (Fast|Medium) Staves, Energy Borrow

Hi,

Two simple questions:

- It seems like since the GCD is here, medium and fast staves timings are now very close... i'm hallucinating ?

- Should i totally forget about EB for leveling ? It seems only useful at 4 or 5, and on players, not on mobs...

If what Ive heard it correct (ive never tested it myself, though it does look right) GCD cycle for mages is less than the fast staff cycle (only just though) so yes with GCD there is less of a gap between spells than before.

Borrow can often steal 500-600+ Mana off a player on 4/5 but is rather useless vs Mobs.

All levels of EB can be useful on leader mobs, there is usually one or two near by that you can take advantage of, lvl 1 gives about 400-500 mana from most higher level leaders.

Ah yes, EB is great vs high end boss mobs, Im not sure about the dragons but even on level 1 you should hit full mana if used on a WZ boss.
