a number of people have been doing this.... it is an annoying bug abuse and i hope it gets dealt with soon.

I was almost killed last night by someone using this bug.

It was the first time i became aware of it - i was right up against the fort wall and thinking 'WTF? Where's this guy attacking me from?'

Then i saw him standing above me in thin air just off the fort wall.

It is sad but inevitable that people will exploit this to get cheap kills.

In the pic above it's clearly abuse, but be aware that you can go through the balcony without even wanting it (no climbing), and these ones shouldn't be blamed :P

I dont think its clearly abuse. It can happen to anyone. If you get stack in the wall and you cant get back you keep defending yourself. It has a few times happened to me and I had to let me fall in the middel of the zerg because I was being targeted.

And even the guards can fly. They shoot you from outside while hanging in the air.
NGD knows that bug and will work on it when they can. More important than this is the cast and attack speed bug. That is really annoying and I hope to God NGD bans those cheaters forever.:viking:

If you are using a bug (accidently or not) it's pretty easy to see you're attacking people you shouldn't be able to attack, using it to kill them (defend yourself) is clearly bug abuse.

The truth is there are 2 possible situations (here at meni, but reproducible everywhere) :

1) The dude is on the wall: abuse, because he can come back to the balcony to be legit :

2) The dude is stuck on the out side of wall and can't come back: most often against player's will (bug) or after an abuse if you go too far forward.

Both in my eyes if you use them to attack players next to the fort is an abuse accident or not. If it is trully and accident unlucky just run off the wall and hope you get back in but if you do "defend yourself" then you still have an unfair advantage due to a bug thus abuse.
