Where should I mail to when I have a problem?

NGD has various mail addresses to have the mail sorted before they read it. It's important to mail the the right one because if you mail to the wrong, your message could be ignored.

For general support or subjects not covered by the other addresses:

For issues regarding premium content:

For issues regarding bug-abuse, cheating or bans:

For issues regarding forum, in-game moderating and community-related issues not covered by abuse@ngdstudios.com.ar:
