Alright... What kind of Graphic Card do I need to play?

I really don't think my computer piece of crap can play this game. What are the Graphic requirements?

Though I do highly doubt them, as I do not know if they updated the specs to take into account the last few engine reworks they have done lately.

I'll throw this out there... the lowest video cards I've been able to play in the War Zone without my framerate dropping to unplayable are a Radeon HD3400 on my laptop and a Radeon 4350 on my desktop. In both cases the game was virtually unplayable on anything other than fixed pipeline. I have since upgraded to a GeForce 9600. For the sake of comparison, I've included 2 screenshots below... the max playable specs on the 4350 and 3400 compared to the max playable specs on the 9600:

I have seen people with lower end video cards than I've used. I just depends on what you consider "playing the game." When they upgraded to the new engine, I decided it was time to get a new card, as it wasn't worth it to me to keep playing in fixed pipeline.

Yup. I run RO on a quite crappy computer:

Amd Sempron 3200+ (1.8 ghz, o/c to 2 ghz)
_Integrated_ nvidia geforce 6100 (+30% voltage)
2 GB DDR2 667 (o/c to 800)

And well, it runs smoothly... in safe mode + some game.cfg tweaks xD 30 FPS in case of zergish invasions (we're talking about Ra, so it's 200+ people rendered). If there wasn't for wars, i could run shader 2.0 without any problems. But anyway i don't care much about the graphics, it could have 1995 graphics, i would still enjoy the game ;)
