Marks Damage?

Since the hotfix yesterday i've noticed a permanent change in my damage on the marks. Grinding on the same mobs i was yesterday before the hotfix a decrease of anywhere between 40 and 70 damage. Yesterday I did not get a single hit below 330, just now i hit a 265. Same bow, same arrows, same setup, same mobs. Is this just a strange thing that somehow slipped in, was there a silent mini-nerf to marks damage, or is it just me :p?

I didn't notice any difference on my marksman. Ill double check again later when I get a chance. That's a really drastic decrease in damage, I doubt that was NGD's intention if it is true.

Sadly, my marks does around 20 less then it did before the update so i don't think its just you. But don't listen to me because my bows have been weird lately. One bow does more dmg on players while the other does more on mobs, and it doesn't make sense cause supposedly the first does more dmg and last week the first always did more dmg. Whatever, ive given up trying to understand, i just roll with it

If this is correct I may give up on my Marks, Hes already slow to kill mobs his own level without more damage reduction.

I had/have this bug often in the past after buffs from mages went off. I had to relog to get normal damage back.

i had that to, or just when i swapped arrows or bows but it seems to restore itself over time.

Is this the thing where your Dexterity stat stays in the red till you relog? I always wondered if that was just a visual error or if the Dex debuff was real.

Sadly no pics of before, so it wouldn't really work to compare them....the last screenie i took was two levels ago and in a different setup with a different weapon. But I will attach a pic of my 'now' damage, complete with a solid set of mob evades.

Lol you need a repair GB, Joking aside i have to say if there was a dmg reduction to marks then it would be a completely retarded move IMO they hit stupidly weakly as it is.

I tested today on amun and i didnt see any reduction testing on monsters.

had you party before the updates? or a different kind of rings, bow or arrows?
i didn't noticed any difference in my marksman damage nor in the charscreen.

if you grind in wz, and your recharged arrows was deactivated by a mana drain of an anemy mage, your damage could have been bugged.
you only need to relog to fix it

Hmmm, looks like it's only me. I did not have a party before update, no mana drain happened, same rings and amulets, exactly the same bow and arrows :\ I must have changed something though, thanks everyone for the help, I'm a very pt marks :p

lol you seem to be back down to 97

anyway, i tested it too and my damage seems to not have changed at all. could be that you accidentally switched jewellery or had some buff not activated or something. maybe the mob you were fighting had a higher piercing resistence or a higher level mob etc. could be a million reasons why your damage was reduced
