Seems their Crits are pretty reliable too :p
Actually - Bidinger did some number crunching and validated that hit chance works. He'd have to post his findings. Also, -HC works as well. Enio and I did a bunch of tests and found combinations of de-buffs that allowed us to make it so neither of us could hit the other for 30 seconds....was quite funny.

I am agree with Compost..HC work..
Troble in game atm is some classes has too much evade chanse..in fact mages was worst class at evades...even archers has passive eveade chance they not eveade so much like mages.
Last worst evade was when one mage evadet 14 hits in a row and resisted 4 speels.
This was for warriors...
HC work very good also when isnt afected by random generator.
Tryed on mobs also what have fix evade chanse...
With lvl 1 passive HC they evade a lots with 50% passive Hc are a few evades.
But also how told Comp...are bufs like evasive tactics and rapidshot what give you -% HC..so before buff this thinks be sure you have enaught hc what = with -%HC of bufs.
