Attribute point increase

just wondering what factors govern the increase of attributes per level

is it based only on race, only on class, or both, or neither?

is it totally random?

I'm only a lvl 10 alturian archer, so I can't tell for sure at this point, but I've been considering re-rolling to a woodelf or halfelf for the +5 more dex

any input on this process? and any suggestions for archer race? does it make that much of a difference?

It's a mix of everything, the only thing the race does is really give u more attribute points in other areas compared to others, for example Dwarfs have more life than nordos if u are a archer but nordos have more mana.

If you are an archer of course u are gonna have more dex then strenght, same with warrior but more strenght then dex.

It's up to u when choosing race, do you want more mana or life.
