Ok 4th day in England and jet lag is finally wearing off.

Nausea, dizziness, tiredness. I've almost forced myself to eat anything other than dinner. But today for the first time I was hungry in the morning.

I've been feeling a bit sad for nothing in particular the last couple of days... turns out another symptom of jet lag seems to be a kind of hormonal induced mild depression or something.

I'll take the dog for a walk and hopefully be a bit more cheery. is a freaking lovely day.

Awwww. I'm sure the fact that you left the place where you grew up, called your home and where your family lives, it's also quite sad. But you can always visit them <3
