on the site in ignis style and on the front of the game starters screen there is a dark elf with 2 weapons: one in each hand. When does this come in the regnum world?

It will show up eventually but NGD has set no date for it as yet, I would wager it will be the Barbarian class that will be able to dual weild, I doubt knights will be able to. Partly because of the character shown using Barb armour, mostly because of the descriptions of the subclass trees and barbs 2H mastery specifically mentioning Dual Weilding.

I believe they confirmed it will definitely be for barbs, not sure on knights. Rumor is that it will come with the next big game update but there aren't really any sources to back that up. We are all excited for it though, even those of us with no warriors. It's just great to see more content added to the game, especially something pro-warrior as they are still hurtin a little.
