This is mainly for fun.
If, at level 10, you weren't limited to the sub-class of your base class, which of the new 18 sub-classes would you choose? i.e. you get the skill trees of the base class you choose at character creation and only the specialization skill trees of the sub-class you choose at level 10.
For example, an archer-warlock would get the Longbow, Shortbow, Tricks, Evasion, Necromancy, Arcania and Elements trees.

rofl good topic xD
Archer knight = :D Range with ao1 and sotw lol
Would you be able to equip subclass weaps or just get their skills? If so I would be a mage knight ^^

Warrior-conjuror because Life and Sorcery are closer to a real tank and support class than Vanguard and Shields.

marksman, since they now have the playing style i like to play with archer, like how i was trying to play as hunter, but less dmg and range, more tricks.
This would have been my starting class if i had done "research"

I want a barb with, bs, ivy, will domain, sanctuary, energy barrier, skin shield, and kity with self healing obviously. :beerchug:
I like warrior /conjurer. Best fit for me. Knight /mage might be interesting.

Archer-Knight. Long range, ambus, ss, fist, conf., distr., acro, evasive tactics, sotw, protector, ao1, auras and deflect projectiles.

Two concepts I like:
warrior/hunter. Basically a true rogue/assassin type with melee attacks from stealth. :]
The other I like is archer/barbarian basically a concept of a ranger class with some ability for ranged assault, and then switching to 2-handed melee when the opponent gets close.
And I mean ranger by one who travels the range....not for ranged attacking.

I'd choose mage/barbarian.
A barbarian casting beetle swarm, ah the irony!
But of course my main character would still be my warlock.

mage-marksman is the most OP
mage-barb.
imagine a barb with barrier charging a hunter:
prickling lvl5, southcross lvl5, dead lvl5.

Battle mages would be awesome. Melee weapon(maybe shield as well), small ranged spells, and touch based spells.
A barbarian with ambitious sacrifice ...
RAWR!!

Seems nice, but you would have no way to regen your mana :D
Would the mana pool be based on subclass one or class one?
