laggs and crash

since the complaint book isn't read, i'll post it here.

the last days/weeks i had a lot more crashes and laggs (especialy when a lot of ppl are together) ping jumps up to 13000, can't do a thing but die, very annoying, can someone tell me what can be the cause?

I have gameplay ping and server ping realy high to. Some times i login 10sec later crash. Or i want go in the game and i crash.

I don't crash but mostly yes high ping I can't war like that or grind my lock really annoying...

Yes i have this to. But if my ping is so high i just crash. In the morning i crash 2 times in 10mins
