I am doing this quest and it requires me to talk to him. I know that he is in Fisgael City but I dont know where. So can anyone tell me?

Go up the stairs on the building that is at the back of the city(the one with all of the council members in it). He is on the top of there.

Which direction is the back of the city?

Remember the entrance to the city from the road where you came from the teleporter? Go straight. I think it's north. You will see stairs on either side of the building. It's big and white. Go up the stairs. You will see a sort of balcony thing.
He is on there. Is that detailed enough?:huh:
