Do you mean the location listed in your profile?

Click on your name in the upper-right (Welcome, thuner.)
On that page, click User CP (User Control Panel)
Then pick Edit Your Details

You cannot change your country in profile. It is determined by your IP afaik.

If you mean you created your account in country A but now live in country B, you should mail to customer@ngdstudios.com.ar to ask NGD to change your account's country to A so there is no conflict any more between your IP and account settings.

No, I am a forum moderator and have no access to the user database. NGD in Buenos Aires needs to change the country for you.

I do, but E-mails will be read/responded to in the order they are received and I cannot do anything to speed up a particular case.

Seriously I made my account in Houston but I live in The Netherlands.
I wrote an e-mail to NGD and it seriously took 24 Hours to get a response I was very impressed

Hah, but mine was for Xim I couldnt buy xim I think that has something to do with it
