Unable to create a character

So I managed to get into the nation/race/clas/stat stuff, however when it asks for a name it just keeps on blanking out the field when I tell it to continue (either by clicking or hitting enter).

Any clues?

Thansal, are you a new player? we have problems this weekend to log into the game. so, be patient, we hope it will be fixed soon.

heh, I actualy managed to create 3 characters :P

It turns out that despite it clearing the text field for my name it still created the character

so now I have 2 toons named Thansal, kinda odd....


(I found this out when I loged back in to try again)
